One suite that includes private entry, porch, view, queen and full size beds, tv/phone/air. Four rooms, each with private bath and a cottage that includes living room, fireplace, bedroom, kitchen, bath, TV, Phone, Air Conditioning (great for kids; sleeps six).

Inn Policies:
One Night deposit required per room to hold reservation. Visa, Mastercard or checks accepted. Minimum stay two nights on weekends June - August and major Holidays.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the 1st night stay will result in a one night charge to the credit card given to hold the room.

Room Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person in room is $20.00 per night. Rates subject to change wihtout notice. There is an additional 7% Maine lodging tax.

No Pets. No Smoking. Children over six welcome in main house, all ages are welcome in the cottage.

If you are arriving after 7:00 PM notification by email or telephone would be greatly appreciated, so plans can be made accordingly.
